The developer for the Upper Thomson Road (Parcel B) project is a joint venture between GuocoLand and Hong Leong Holdings. They have secured a S$847.1 million green facility to finance the development. The project aims to create a 940-unit residential development with five 25-storey towers, offering unobstructed views of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve.
