This joint venture, with a 51:49 partnership, aims to transform the 999-year leasehold site into a mixed-use development featuring 348 luxury residential units and a variety of dining and entertainment options.

The redevelopment is set to launch in 2025 and complete by the end of 2028, promising to inject new vibrancy into the Robertson Quay precinct with picturesque views of the Singapore River and Marina Bay.
