15 October 2026 Update: The two adjacent Chuan Grove GLS parcels are planned as One Chuan Grove, a combined development by Sing Holdings and Sunway Developments comprising approximately 1,056 residential units.
Preliminary information indicates four 27-storey blocks and one 24-storey block, with homes ranging from 1-Bedroom to 5-Bedroom. The project is also expected to include seven retail shops and one childcare centre.
The development is approximately a 3-minute walk to Lorong Chuan MRT Station. The current target dates are 13 February 2027 for preview and 27 February 2027 for booking, subject to the developer's official confirmation.
One Chuan Grove – Introduction
One Chuan Grove is an upcoming 99-year leasehold private condominium development along Chuan Grove in District 19. It combines two adjacent Government Land Sales parcels awarded separately to the same Sing Holdings–Sunway joint venture.
