30 September 2026: Frasers Property and Mitsubishi Estate announced a 51:49 joint venture to redevelop the site into a new 999-year luxury mixed-use riverfront development along the Singapore River.
The development is planned to comprise approximately 407 luxury homes and sky villas, a new flagship 184-unit Fraser Suites serviced residence, and a selection of dining, retail and lifestyle offerings.
