Shimizu Corporation, a top construction company headquartered in Japan, has won a contract worth S$338.2 million from Capitol Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. A company owned by Chesham Properties Pte. Ltd., Top Property Investment Pte. Ltd. and Perennial (Capitol) Pte. Ltd. This contract makes Shimizu Corporation the chief developer of the Capitol Development Project.
