CDL’s Norwood Grand in Woodlands draws 3,700 visitors on preview weekend

The preview of property developer City Developments Ltd's (CDL's) Norwood Grand in Woodlands drew 3,700 visitors as at 6pm of October 6.

The 348-unit, 99-year leasehold private condo is located at Champions Way, off Woodlands Avenue and Woodlands Drive 17. It is within a five-minute walk of the Woodlands South MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is just one MRT stop from the Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub at the Woodlands Regional Centre and two stops from Woodlands South MRT Station, which will be connected to the station for the upcoming Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System link.

Units are a mix of one-bedroom-plus-study to four-bedroom premium-plus-study, with sizes ranging from 495 sq ft to 1,335 sq ft.

Prices start from $988,000 ($1,996 psf) for a one-bedroom plus study; $1.238 million ($1,984 psf) for a two-bedder; $1.698 million ($1,923 psf) for a three-bedroom deluxe; and $2.238 million ($1,908 psf) for a four-bedroom deluxe plus study.

Norwood Grand is scheduled to be launched for sale on Saturday, October 19. CDL says it is the first private condo to be launched in Woodlands since 2012.
